Mamas, are you looking to catch up, share stories, or chat about your pregnancy, postpartum, or motherhood journey? Whether you have questions, struggles, or just need some support, we’ve got you covered! 💕

Join us at the upcoming Mama Hangouts led by community doulas Valentina and Joanna, where we help you build your village, create new friendships, connect with professionals, and receive nurturing, non-judgmental support.

🗓 8th Jan 2025, 10:00 - Morning Coffee at Hema Café: Let’s catch up after the holiday craziness and talk about whatever feels relevant to you. Whether it’s pregnancy, birth, postpartum, or just life, we’re here to chat and support each other over a warm cup of coffee. ☕

🗓 20th Jan, 15:00 - Nutritious Hangout at De Smidse: What about connecting over one of the most common motherhood questions: “What to cook today?” Each mama brings a recipe for an easy, motherhood-friendly, nutritious meal she loves, and we’ll exchange some time-saving culinary love. Doesn’t that sound delicious? We just love making each other’s lives easier! 🍲

🗓 5th Feb, 19:30 - Mama Night Drinks at MOUT: It’s Joanna’s birthday, and we’re celebrating with a fun evening out! Join us for drinks, laughter, and friendship with amazing mamas from our community. Let’s raise a glass to another year of motherhood and friendship! 🎉🍸

🗓 20th Feb, 10:00 - Big Fun Playdate: School break fun! Let’s connect while the little ones make new friends and enjoy a morning of laughter and play. We’ll all get a chance to relax and chat while the kids enjoy their own little social hour. 🎉
