I draw inspiration from these traditional perspectives, particularly from Ayurvedic principles, which emphasize warmth, healing, and balance. Physical Support

I offer nurturing services like gentle massages, yoni steaming (from six weeks postpartum), foot baths, belly binding, and Reiki. These practices promote healing and relaxation, helping you feel more centered and cared for.
Rituals for Closure
I also offer traditional postnatal rituals, such as the closing-the-bones ceremony. This beautiful practice, done with care and intention, helps you feel grounded and supported after childbirth. It’s a way of honoring your body and the incredible journey you’ve been through.
Nourishing Foods
Food is medicine, especially in the postpartum period. Drawing on both Ayurvedic principles and Mediterranean culinary traditions, I’ll help you with meal plans that are comforting, healing, and tailored to your needs.
